Olá camarada as lâmpadas led devem de estar a cerca de 25 cm do topo da planta, mas para te certificar-se melhor metes a mão por de baixo da lâmpada e vês durante alguns segundos se sentes algum desconforto na mão quando deixares de sentir desconforto e a altura ideal para a tua planta...

I have my 1800w led about 12-16 inches from my plants... sometimes 20 inches so I can get more light footprint...
