Will update with more Pictures decided on switching to more independent dwc system in individual 30L buckets. Will also share my set up and my perpetual set up :) Happy growing peoples. Update into my set up Stealth room set up for attempt of SOG the spacee left at the top of the door will be used for air intake and out take an LED light will be purchased as soon as able. I have an NFT tank that is perfect for what I'm thinking I just need to find a cover of somekind of plastic correx is what im thinking my nft tray could fit around 25 cuttings so I think if I do that amount then the ones that dont root should be no less that 10 I'm hoping. this is more of a project or experiment.

One of my ladies have reached the seedling stage successfully just waiting on her sister to catch up :P I am currently flushing My new systems for approximately 3 days with ph neutral water. The seeds I have that are in singles I intend to grow and clone with this set up. I am intending on doing the Super critical next time I think I will grow one plant and clone it then wait until the clone roots and then flower both I have plenty of time at the start which is good :) Any advice with timing a perpetual grow when to germinate when not to would be greatly appreciated I have grown on and off for around 5 years but I have never attempted a perpetual set up.

Right So updates for this week. I mixed nutrients ready for them to be potted into the DWC just waiting for root growth. Soooooo................................ The seed I thought was dead I put back into dark and the next day there she was. Normally I would be happy but I have germinated an extra seed now. So looks like I will haveto use the 2nd pot at some point. EC level is 0.8 but will be diluting before filling a pot. I plan to set it at around 0.5 and then wait for feedback. PH of the nutrient tank is 5.9. Almost perfect. I have added a new pump and Air stone to the nutrient tank so water is moving and not going stagnant. You will also notice no more flowering tent. after re assembling it I discovered tiny holes in the fabric way too many to tape. That's also only what I can see so I have decided to throw it in the trash and buy a more premium tent to replace it I get my money in around 10 days so should work out fine. I've been looking forward to this day. as the equipment I have been using is 2nd hand so comes with troubles. I am now moving to everything being brand spanking new. I have also re arranged the room and cleaned out alot of junk that was knocking around. I hope you like my mixing/filling station. (Yes I'm aware I'm very sad LOL) Understand the upload is a couple of days early but i dont know when I'll be abble to update it next week enjoy. :)

Really loving the mh bulb 3 nodes and not really out of seedling yet :) I set the EC a tad high and overfed them thats why you may see a mutated leaf after relising I flushed immideatly and brought the EC down from 0.8 to around 0.5. that seems to have fixed it they are now back growing as they should. Should I be concerned about the colour of my roots ? In my experience best root growth is solid white but with the roots constantly being sustained in nutes I wonder if its just staining any advicee would be grea I defo do not want any root rot issuses. Will begin to train next week :) All things considered. going well :) Hoping everybody is coping with their lockdown :) Stay positive people WE WILL BEAT THIS TOGETHER !

Added My nutes unfortunately they are not listed but a quick internet search you can find them if you are curious. Going into week 5 Now. I think the nutes are working well. I have upped the EC to 1.4 now we have officially entered the Vegetation stage Think around 1 more update with training and they may be ready for the switch after taking clones of course :) Will update you on how they look on the new nute levels. I know most people put the EC/TDS up quite high in veg but i thought I would keep it low and add more if needed. I have completely flushed the system it was a couple of days late but I think they could do with the extra nutes :) The training is going well they. Hope everyone else is coping okay with their lock down im self isolated until these are finished :( Sorry no picture of the roots but They have very good root growth it reaches the bottom of the bucket already and the colour has gone back the the bold white/translucent state so I'm actually happy with everything at the moment which is very rare to say :) Will update with a root pic next update :) Updated pics :) SELF ISOLATION HYPE https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5_gWBW2Adcc&list=RDMM5_gWBW2Adcc&index=1 hit this roll a phatty and chillax with me homies :)

Hello Fellow Corona Comrades, It's a quick one but I hear this question is quite controversial so please don't shoot me but. EC or TDS readings Which are best to not overfeed or underfeed or is it nute Specific on feeding tables ?? I cannot find a feeding table for mine ? Ty :D

Definitely a controversial topic.....here is a controversial answer. Scrap your ec meter and don't rely on it to feed your plants. Start your grow with 1/4 recommended manufacturers dose and increase it to half around the end of week 2. Keep it there and monitor your plants leaves to see what they are telling you. If they get really light colored then they are wanting more food. If they get really glossy and dark colored then they are getting too much feed. In my opinion it is much better to monitor your leaves and learn to read what they are telling you than to rely on an ec meter. Different plants in different environments will require different amounts of nutrients so relying on a certain ec number can cause you issues. Learning to read your plants leaves will give more successful grows than shooting for a certain ec.

Hey follow growers, Quick question about stealth grows. Please see the last two pictures of this update, there is a unused closet in my room built in. Do you think if I lined the walls with silver sheeting and added a few led lights ? main concern is Airflow nothing there so ?

Hi @Uk420show aluminum paper does not work, you have to use white plasticized or mylar paper, you can find it at any DIY store for sale. The light from your light source when reflecting on the aluminum foil will create points of heat that will burn and damage your plant. if you are not going to have an air extractor, you should have an extra fan for air circulation and a dehumidifier because without an air extractor you will have high humidity during flowering. for grows without air extraction there is a good solution, 1 or 2 natural bags of CO2, you will find them for sale in any grow shop are a good help for those who plant without air circulation. good luck mate 👍🙏

All going well this week installed led strip as a work light and in case of any light leaks (brand new tent so very unlikely) Thanks to Corona I cannot purchase the tent i wanted for the flower room so I will purchase a different brand which is a bit cheaper but over all alot less complicated. Thanks for answering my questions. I have an old tent that I am planning on cutting up and lining the cupboard with it is mylar. The cupboard in question is in my grow room so the tempetures in that room are kept as low as possible but I have thought about drilling 2 large 4inch holes in the door itself to add an intake and an extraction the lights I intend to use are not HID. So I'm not too concerned with the heat that much plus i do live in england. I plan to turn it into a scrog or SOG area as it seems to be a nice size for it. Having 3 tents and then this space too well lets say we wont have a shortage of flowering plants lol. I intend to use COB led lights in there and Im thinking around 3 attached to a floating panel will probably do the trick. Then I must build a frame into the walls or some kind of long table to hold the reservoir or top tank obviously keeping as low as possible. fortunately I have a NFT tank that would do this job perfectly. If timed correctly I could turn one room to have 4 different growing environments man if that aint cool then shoot me dead :P God I'm sad lol. Just into week 6 and the girls are doing well no visible signs of any problems nutes seems to be doing their job perfectly :). EC is still 1.4 Will slowly start to increase after the switch by maybe .2 decimals per 2 weeks until I get upto 1.8. Any advice for a first time SOG would be much appreciated I will share my nft tank after I have out fitted the pump and top tray film or mylar to protect root systems. I also plan to turn my old drip system into a 4 plant dwc system with seperated resivour dividers so the roots of each plant will stayed contained hence i can move anyy plant from the large dwc take to the buckets with ease. well thats the plan anyway. Starting work next week so time will be shortened abit but I will have more money to purchase my other 2 buckets maybe upgrade the ducting to insulated ducting too along with purchasing small extractor for the stealth. I have so much planned All i need is time so lets hope the corona don't get me as I have a respiratory problems. THANK YOU TO EVERYBODY STAYING INDOORS. THANK YOU TO ALL THE KEY WORKERS AND EMERGENCY STAFF. WE WILL BEAT THIS PEOPLE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Update. Day 38 From seed the girls are doing well. The first time I hadto fill the bucket so they are drinking well the nute uptake seems good no signs of anything bad on the leaves overall doing pretty well i topped up with just ph balanced water which means the EC has now dropped to around 1.2. next update will be inducing some HST with some topping after I hit node number 10. we are around 7 at the moment. The SOG stealth project is almost complete just awaiting extraction and tools. One or two more COB led's too I think the red/blue spectrum would be the best for flowering obviously these lights have built in fans so temperature will be maintained :) Okay could have a situation here.

Okay so Day 43 :) Everything seems to be going well though the spots on the leaves have started to spread to the edges. So I am pretty sure it could be nute burn I have found so indicators of over feeding too (mutated small fan leaves) Also Please see root ball picture the dark staining or build up is I think an effect of the root stimulation I was using So i have dropped that out of the equation now. I'm hoping it is not root rot but the plants seem to be growing well and healthy so that makes me lean towards its just staining and nothing severe. only time will tell the. I have dropped the ec back down to 1.2 and I have added mag + cal too. to see if its the plants lack of these elements that are causing the brown spots. I have decided to veg these plants for a further 2-3 weeks to make sure they develop fully in veg so i comfortably take cuttings of quite large length for the next run and the Stealth set up. I have started training them again so will continue this until they get to the desired height These plants may have to be topped. I will only do this as a last resort. Okay disregard last defo no root rot issues. :) Looking good on the update the girls have now been set free from their restraints to grow the rest of the height they need before I start to butcher them for healthy cuttings. Sharing is caring people ! The brown spots seem to have vanished it seems the Mag cal did its trick :) Will let them finish this bucket and miix new nutes a week late so they have tiime to take it all up before i start to hack away. I'm very pleased with the DWC buckets very easy to maintain can go to work and not haveto worry about a drip feed tube falling out and flooding my tent lol.

Everything seems to be nominal going great plants aree upttaking nutes like nobodys buiness i swear they have grew 10 cm in the last 2 days. Amazing. One more week and then the flower tent will be here and these will be butchered and switched :) cant wait I think she will do me right the plant structure is thee best I have ever had :) Ordered my new mars hydro 120x120x200 flower room :) also ordered some great white rooting powder ready for the cuttings :) UPDATE new flower room up and awaiting installation of lights air flow ect :) Flower tent instillation almost complete awaiting one or two more fans to cool the light tube. it is air cooled but i tend to stick on the safe side. Fimmed the plants so will await them to recover for a few days then move iinto the flower room :) everything going smoothly took 9 cuttings i only need 6 so hoping this willl work out can gift any over to friends. used white shark rooting hormone for the first time hoping that will increase my chances. I have decided I am going to give them 4 days to recover from the defoliation then these 2 will be put into flower along with the smaller one added in around 2-3 weeks when shes large enough. starting this perpetual system right i hope. 4 of the cuttings will be next runs and the remaining 2 of this run if more cuttings are need I can take them from the no 2 plant in the system in a couple of weeks. I hope to try and get 2 more cuttings in there by around the 6th week of flower I would like to harvest at the end of each month.

Hello everybody a good week had plenty of growth even after the fim shee seems to have blasted back with like 10 cm new growth in tops pre flowers are everywhere so I think the timing is perfect. 4 days in and not a single clone has rooted yet :( So i'm going to give them doses of large amounts of humidity every other day I know clones can take longer to root depending on where abouts on the plant the clipping has been taken. these are all defoliation branches so theyy are quitee old not new growth so im taking it they will take abbit longer to root I have 4 weeks before i need to worry about it worse comes to the worst I'll just germ another seed instead. Updated pics of new equipment and nutrients if your curious :) Bonus pic. The air stones I intend to order next week. I rooted cuttings. BOOOOO YAHHHHHH we really pushed up her nutes got the ec to around 1.8 though pk still needs to be added.

Henlo growers :P Sorry the update is a tad late. I work for a paper mill and we have had to tune up manufacturing so my shift are now about 12 hours long so struggling to get in there when the lights are on. Then again I let her suck up as much nutes as she could and well look at her. She's massive after just one week of the light switch the stretch is defo happening but because I fimmed it the growth is more outwards than upwards still she had this tent to herself until the around 24th of this month when the next plant in line is added to the tent my buckets should be here today soon as they are i can top my veg tent up with new cuttings ready to go in when thee timing is right. Going into week number 2 of flower I will not add pk until I see bud along with i will not start the flowering counting ie 8 weeks until I see buds. Cutting updates and new buckets have finally arrived but i lack the clay pebbles to plant more clones. Though i get these in around 12 hours or so. so not too worried Well seems like an all around success with every single clone taken has rooted. Which leaves me well in a good position I only need 3 more of these because i have 3 more. Another diary to be added for clone no1 shortly which is the 3rd plant in line. Will only need to put one more into veg then just wait for the others to start to veg I hope to get the roots long enough that they can touch the water in the buckets but who knows. I have like 9 so I may go for a drive and a walk and see of any outdoor spots that take my fancy i know its late but might still be worth it better than throwing them. No work today so had a look at this plant erlier and shes pretty much out of control atm so will need to ten to her when the lights go on later :) It's quite deciving to look at but there are actully 2 plants in that bucket and wow update pictures tonight she may have stopped stretching and the actual 7 week flower count can now begin :) Im going to try my new powdered nutes in the next feeding introducing some new pk powder which should help these girls along abit with the flower stage :) I will try take some pictures in normal light for you :)

Hey Update for the flowering room these two girlies are starting to bud :) They look to me by eye at around 3 weeks in flower but I know this is the start of their 3rd week since I changed the light cycle I started the 7 week count a couple of days ago. Okay i have a couple of regrets this week number 1 putting two girls in one pot. Yes its possible but fuck me the roots systems out grow the bucket and the roots are actully pushing the basket up. Also noticing some small defiencies nothing to worry about Mag cal I think I have now switched to my powdered nutirients with added pk these have mag and cal in so should be okay going forward ec has been put upto 1.9 for this stage.

Hi guys update is abit early as i have work tomorrow my usual update day. Looking good she grew abit too much so I have hadto tie her back abit with some yoyos only around 5 weeks until the chop and 3 more cuttings can be added and more taken for next run. :) UPDATE trike formation on the start of week 4 hopefully shes an early finisher :P UPDATE Trike pics Pictures taken with mobile phone Samsung Galaxy S10 plus. UPDATE The problem seems to have surfaced today i noticed the air pump for the flowering plants was turn off so that explains the drooping and signs of death have added extra air line into the pot along with turning it bback on obviosly hopinng they will bounce back lowered the ec to around 1.4 and will continue to decrease. in the next coming weeks.

EC of 1.9 seems quite high to me, especially if they have already finished their stretching (usually during bloom you go down with the amount of feeding). Since you're in DWC, that should be quite easy to measure though (that's what i like about it.). What was the EC that you put in? What's the DC after a day? Did it go up? If so you're overfeeding (or there is a lot of evaporation). If it goes down, you should be feeding more.. if it stays the same, it's good. Measuring EC is the only way to know what works for YOUR environment. Following what the manufacturer say, is like following a dog-food manufacturers advice of 'give one can daily to your dog' without knowing whether you own a chihuaha or a rottweiler. ;) In my bonsai grow, if i go higher than 1.4 i get lightly burnt tips, so i know i have to stay below, but that's only under a 50W COB (wall drawn 50 watts.. not marketing 50 watts), and that was also during vegging. Did you measure the PH? In the past i had similar behavior (on my chili plants) when i didn't measure PH and EC daily, and didn't adjust it accordingly. I had PH drift, didn't catch it and then the plant couldn't uptake the nutrients correctly. DWC is in my opinion quite easy, but it requires a lot of measuring of EC and PH to ensure they stay happy.. i do it at least once a day.

After the flush and my grower error she seems to have survived fuck me I am retarded. I am going to check every air pump every day. Hands down the best pheno I have grew yet she had no oxygen in the root system for over a week and still is pulling through man what kind of monster am i putting her through that in flower :( oh well she is bouncing back some of the leaves arre getting greener and not drooping down anymore which tells me shes healing well. might hurt my yeild abit and put me back a week or so but meh atleast they aint dead :) First brown hairs spotted going into week number 5 this is expected. ive dropped the nutes to 0.8. Just the base nutrients they need at this stage no funny business. they have just been flushed with ph balance water so i think its time to reintroduce the nutes and let her finish stress free :) happy growing everyone and stay safe :) UPDATE TELOS 0010 ORDERED summer flower light :) today is a good day. So we are coming into week 6 now and hopefully they are going to start to phatten up abit now all they have is pk for feed going into the final 2 weeks then 5 days flush and they haveto come down if all looks well anyway. to enable this perpertual system to flourish i may need to pull it out at 9 weeks. which is fine as the manufactuer only gives it 7 to finish so should be nice and dense bby then and more colours and trikes doing fine atm but no where near finished :)

Hello well trikes have seemed to mature very quickly I can already see the odd amber trike i dont think you can tell from the pics but through my microscope most are cloudy i think so 5 days of flush and one can come down :) thank you for all the support through this trrying time. Official lock down bud :) enjoy thee picks and harvest next week I will keep an eye on the other she cant be too far behind :) very different bud formation on these hoping the other phats out nicely trikes are stil quite clear so. Seeems she did crystal up okay so im sure the extra 5 days of the flush will be fine for her she has colours everwhere and almost pink hint to some tops of bud hoping this will cure into a nice purple the temps have been up and down recently too so it could be that. but i think shes just showing her colours. Earl finisher we like it :) UPDATE going to leave them another 2 weeks I don't like the pistil colour atm thee trikes maybe mature but Yeah Only one or two hairs have gone brown so I'm not gunna be so hasty I think I will just flush them for 2 weeks like a soil grower hopefully the lack of nutes will trick her into finishing up herself in the next 2 weeks this will put me 2 weeks over schedule for thee veg tent but meh if they need the time they need the time. Patience is half of this game. UPDATE work lights upgraded no light leaks for me :) No money can replace peace of mind i figured since green light is the only one that does not stress our ladies in their sleep i though to flood the room with green light so in theory any light leak will not be light that will disturb them. UPDATE After about a few weeks of contemplation ive decided to upgrade my water tanks to much larger 200l tanks I also intend to install irrigation timers on each reservoir with hoses connected to all 4 flower plants for automatic refil once a week. I will also copy this for the Vegatation tent aswel the 60l will probably be left for the sog to make that system easier to handle. So after about another 90 pounds we should be able to turn my system into fully automated. All i would have to do is fill the reservoirs and that's it the system will do the rest. Quite amazing really. I wound be able to go on holiday and know the plants will be okay :)

if i open the picture up and "+" zoom in to certain spots and repeat.. the middle looks like ~50% clear? the rest looks pretty cloudy. however, it's not quite a good magnification, and image could easily fool. it's alarming not to see any amber if so much is opaque/cloude or seemingly so.

Hi Guys So i decided to chop one after inspecting trikes and almost all I could see were cloudy she has been dried for 5 days in the natural fresh air so shes finally ready to start the cure and have a cheeky smoke. Very relaxing high nott overpowered tastes nice and fruity though still not cured yet on to the burping :) been a delight to grow will update the next plant weight next week :) thanks to all the growers you have helped me out. keep growing and stay safe :) Update bud properly cured for one week and my god she certainly packs a PUNCH apolagies for the pun but i dont know the rating but this strain does amazing things if you suffer from anixity very relaxing uplifting and happy stone. I'm so glad I have 4 clones of this strain in flower at the moment :) Check it out :) Great smoke very orangy taste and very very sweet. if you dont like sweet tasting bud COP is not for you.. :) After the cure the stone only got stronger and the taste is very nice defo Grade A quality bud which is more expensive than gold. Living life good now this system is in full swing :)
