The plant will be fine. As long as the growing tip/meristem is intact, growth will continue. At this stage she may not seem as though it is growing much, but I can guarantee that below ground, root growth is going ahead in leaps and bounds. Make sure to keep your substrate moist and to water deeply and thoroughly, otherwise root growth will be impeded. Watering a small amount just next to the stem is nowhere near adequate. Even at this age/size, the main tap root can already be 2-4 inches long, meaning deep watering to this depth and further is necessary. Watering from edge to edge is important too, roots wont expand laterally into dry substrate and this lateral root growth is what provides the "anchor" for your plant. If you look at my diary "cannabis conundrums" and in week 7, I have posted some pictures of the root system on a 3 week old seedling and this may help you understand why deep watering is vital for (even) young seedlings.
