Yes that is a mutation and it has a name too but too lazy to check atm
In flowering the leaves might grow buds too but theu are just popcorn and taking energy from the real ones so I'd say to pluck them when flowering

Every seed grows in its own manner. They can't all be uniform. Sometimes these "mutants" out perform the other plants! šš±

Thats a great mutation for sure.nothing you could do to achive it. If so you did ; please let me know ; šwould love to see that in my plants. Definitely grow some extra buds and those would be frosty my bet!!

Yeah it is just a mutation in the genetics. It probably won't continue on every leaf but it won't hurt the plant either way. It is pretty cool and I will follow along to see how it turns out. Good luck!
