New Growth with Thin, Twisted Leaves

Light being too powerful and/or too close can cause this to happen, but don't worry, in my experience they grow out of it if you raise your light up about 8 inches or so. I can tell you from your pictures that you definitely without a shadow of a doubt that you have some light stress going on, you see the leaf serations curling up, and how the leaves look 3d, and a little color is being bleached out of the upper most leaves, all that is light stress, its not to the point where you have to worry, and if you move the light up they will improve fairly quickly.
