Is the cold outside temperature (and slightly low tent temp) stunting my plants growth?

They aren't looking as fat and healthy as the white widow autos I did last summer at this stage - is it the strain, the temperature or something else?
Tent temp is consistently around 23/24 degrees c. Lights may have been a bit closer for WW veg (have moved light closer now)

The tempersture should be fine. I never go above 27C even in flowering. They are looking good, it could be many reasons why this ones are slower. Checks basic stuff like soil ph, humidity lamp distance, air circulation etc.. good luck

Got some limited edition seeds from zamnezia and bomb seeds and i dont want to screw up the plants since u cant get new ones. Take a look at the healthy Fastbuds GSC auto compared to the limp RQS WW auto. Both being grown in the same cupboard, same guanokalong soil, filtered water, 130w CFL, 5w clip on fan, 80% RH, day temp 24, night temp 16. No nutes yet. What a contrast. Thoughts?

Why the size difference?They are all treated the same way-PH/PPM have all been consistent the entire grow thus far. Is she just being stubborn and will catch up later? Is this genetics? Can I do anything to help her along - or just wait? She's nearly half the size of the other 2
