Notice the leaf's on the Kush XL have a slight discoloration, not sure if it is the start of a nutrient deficiency or genetic. Using Advance Nutrient Sensi Grow feeding schedule. Thoughts?

What is this leave problem? What to do?yesterday my neem oil and emulator arrived and I sprayed them, earlier advice by other growers here. Does yellow leaves with red tips mean my plants need more nutrients or less? Jacks 3 2 1 on AutoWeek 8 (flower) top leaf tips are reddish and the leaves are more yellow than green. Does this mean that my plants need more nutrition?
I am using Jacks 3 2 1 for two autos and using it at 65% strength (650PPM / 1.2EC). Should I goto 100% at 990PPM / 1.9EC or 50% to 550PPM/1ECLeaves. Tips - Burnt

Whiteish damageAnyone know what kind of damage this is or if its anything to worry about? A few spots like this on some leaves but not much. definitely doesnt look like mold or anything like that up close, its more like that part of the leaf has shrunken and whitened.Week 8
