Noticed some bronze-gold spots on sugar leaves on top of the plant. Can anyone help tell me what is it?

Intervenial chlorosis, thick wrinkled leaves. Ph imbalance or quantity of nutes? Will adding CaliMag back in help? Trying to avoid burnt tips issueHard water (7) lowered to 5.8. Last week: 1 gal 3 waterings, w FloraGro (2.5 ml), Micro (2 ml), Bloom (2.5 ml/), Hydroguard (2 ml). Last grow had burnt tips and possible N deficiency, so I was trying to avoid that. PH Fluctuation Early Signs?I am worried that I either have early signs of PH fluctuations outside of 6.0-7.0 range or early signs of a calcium deficiency.
As you can hopefully see in the picture the tips of the first set of true leave seem to have little spots of discolouration.
