Noticed some bronze-gold spots on sugar leaves on top of the plant. Can anyone help tell me what is it?

Try taking pics without the hps lighting please. I cant actually make out the issue well under the yellow light

Unknown rust on 7th flowering weekThis started as what I thought was a cal/mag deficiency, bought some, gave it for a week at a good dose and 6.3ph, and this intensified and switched from just lower leaves to the upper and a few sugar leaves on one plant. i got some spots/stains all over the leafs which looks wet, but there not wet
I used 1,25ml on 250ml water while light was on

If my ppm intake is about the same as my ppm runoff but my pH runoff is way lower than intake should I be worried?
