Plants are not doing well yellow leaves falling

Hi guys seems like my plant is not doing well. The leaves are yellow and started to fall off. She is getting 2-4 hours of sunlight and my area is foggy. Have given nitrogen boost day before. She is outside using natural sunlight. Please help and advise please.
