Completely natural grow. 4th week of vegetation, a fan leaves has this spotting. What’s the issue?

Hi mate, she is looking really healthy and I wouldn't worry too much about that unless it gets worse. Could be the start of a calcium deficiency but I personally would not worry and keep and eye on it but it looks like natural dies off of stomata where the environment hasn't been ideal. Deficit or too much fertilizer or EC in the soil pls helpI have been mixing my water with distilled water for 2 weeks before adding the fertilizer to correct my EC downwards. PH6.5 EC 800ppm after Fertalizer.
Leaves are still Belbn but only top not bottom stems are purple....
I am honestly at a loss (2nd grow)
should i flush or add P ?

First Grow ever. What should i do? Strain: Tropicozz (Perfect tree)The Tips of the leaves begin to turn yellow and dry. The Plants are about 15-17 Days old. Is this Light Burn, or nutrient toxicity from nutrient dense soil?
2 Mars Hydro TS600 lights at 27" from seedling.
PH 6.3 misting soil - RH is 75-80%. - Temp is 77F
No light meter, so I estimate PPFD is in acceptable range despite using 2 lights in 2x2 tent.

Please help to identify deficiency / excess???7 weeks, autoflower, soil + perlite, giving water with RQS Easy Bloom (half a tablet per 3 liters), pH of the watering mixture is 6.5. The bottom leaves on one of the plants are turning yellow (starting from the tips) and slowly dying , while the top leaves tips look very burnt.
