She has undergone a traumatic experience and will take time to recover.
Having so few leaves also means her ability to produce the energy she needs for growth is severely limited. Until she grows more leaves, don't expect any spectacular growth, this is the harsh reality of what has occurred to this plant.
I would also suggest going to 18/6, everything in this world needs sleep and cannabis is no exception.
18/6 is proven through 80+ years of research into cannabis as the most effective light/dark routine and is not a random number. Your plant will certainly recover more quickly if given the chance to do what is natural - "sleep" - and will probably grow faster too once her metabolism is back in order and she is receiving a normal life pattern of grow/sleep/grow/sleep etc.
Nothing can perform to its best potential with an unnatural cycle of continuous stimulation and no rest ever.
Somethings gonna give, and it could well be your plants health.
Advising people to grow their plants at anything more than 18/6 is, in my opinion, an irresponsible act by people who do not care and do not understand fully how a plant functions. Since they are not consuming your end products, I believe they don't care about the quality of the flowers either. Everything in life and nature is about balance. A plant growing with 24 hours of light, day after day, week after week is not living a balanced life.
Be kind to your babies, they NEED "sleep" for a healthy existence and peak performance.
Hope this helps,......... Organoman.
