Is this normal? Leaves look a bit "down" and the plant seems have difficulty to stand by herself

The plant is stretching for the light that's the reason for the elonged and weak stem. As far as the leaves, when plants don't receive enough water, their leaves begin to droop or wilt.

Stunted growth info needed ThanksGot a stumped seedling from a stuck shell and has a bent leaf. Shell removed, Moisten the leaf and left her, Moved light, Now trying to force the light into the bent leaf with a bit of cardboard. She is clearly stumped compared to the other 3 1 the same strain. Droopy Gorilla cookies auto3 inch/7,5cm deeper is moist. Not wet.
The top of the soil, first two inches, is dry.
Last time watered was 3 days ago 27/7. Today the seedling leaves got droopy.
Any suggestions?

As you can see on some pics of week 5 the 2 topped girls developed curled leaves.
PH is about 6.4, EC unknown and I can't measure. Organic nutrition, lowered dose as some leaves were on the darker green side.
I water them about all 5 days with 1500ml waterWeek 5

Seedling diagnosesThese seedling are 10 days old but have slowed in growth and appear droopy. They are in promix hp with perlite 18/4 lighting roughly 76 degrees 55-60% rh.
