Leaves curling down

What is wrong with this one? It was curling down a little bit yesterday (I think due to under watering). Then watered her, and now her leaves are curling down even more! And It’s not over watering I gave her 1/3 of a liter. Could it be light issues? I passed my leds from 40 to 70

Hi ,Jerma_grow It's not a major, but basically you're "chronically overwatering" , the soil keeps humidity in there, and since it never gets dry the wrong type of bacteria develop and attack your root system. litterally all you have to do is water less and maybe wait a bit longer before you water, in a pot that size it could be anywhere between three to five days, which is a lot more than people think. Try the pot lifting method to make sure you never overwater again. Hope this helps !

Hi there, Even though you said you are not overwater. It’s still looked like overwatering to me.If a plant is underwatered, it’s looked like a lifeless plant. If concerns with light, it’s more likely to be curling leaves due to heat stress.Droopy leaves like your plant is more likely to be overwatering. How often do you water?I would like to recommend to water by using pot weighing method which means know your pot weight before and after watering. In that way, you can know easily when to water again.Let the top soil to be dried about an inch to two before each watering.Happy Growing... ✌️

How long do you take between waterings, i had some soil that took a week to dry, so i only had to water oncr every 7 days, even tho the top of the soil would be dry after a day or 2, maybe ur soil is just denser than you think. Its just a guess, but try to not water for a while and check the weight of the pot, if you balance it a lil bit you can sort of feel if the center of the soil is still wet or not. Maybe try pushing the lights a lil bit further away from the plant too.

could be a few things , over watering could be one , especially if there isnt good aeration at the roots , Could be over fertilized and causing lockouts of nutrients, what temps are your day / night running at ? roots look healthy ?

Hello. There are two options: lack of magnesium or incorrect water PH. You can calibrate the PH meter and add additional Calmag with next watering. Should help
