When the plant has about 4-5 internodes: 1 to 1.5 liters of water per 14-liter pot, one day out of two
When the plant is above those internodes: from 1.5 to 2.5 liters of water, one day out of two
This will cause runoff, which helps prevent root knots and mineral salts from building up near the bottom of the pot.
Always empty the saucer after one hour from irrigation.
To check if the soil is still wet: Test of the 2 knuckles in the soil, or the pot weight method.
Flowering - As for the veg state.
