It depends...
If you're foliar feeding most of those are safest towards lights out so your plant wont get burned. If you're soil drenching then daytime is good...but nothing wrong with evening. 👍

Top light sitting at 24"Keep feeding nutes now that there's new ferted soil or just water (with Rhizo each time)? Half strength at most once a week. Fan leave tips starting to yellow/brown but don't think it's nute burn. She's a bit tiny for being 6 week. Could CFLs be too close? 3-4 inch. Thanks :D
