I’ve seen some picture in reports where people put apples on their soil... can somebody explain?

I think that would be more bro science than anything, unless they are composting the apples and such with the soil i don't see it doing a whole lot other than attracting insects...
Composted organic matter is the way to go.

Is my PPM level good?I used my TDS meter for the first time today to test the run off from watering my plants. The Bruce plants will be 3 weeks old on Wednesday. The run off came out to 1140 ppm. That’s still good right? I don’t need to start adding any nutes yet do I?

Mephisto Genetics EWOK OG - did I get it to flower early?Should my EWOK OG have white hairs this early? Its day 38 from seed for it and I have been giving it the same nutrients, of Fox Farm Trio week 6-8 nutrients, as my other plants. I had lights at 12/12 and changed it to 16/8 this week. 5000ppm runoff!Guys I'm literally days away from cutting her down and I tested her run off I noticed it was 5000ppm! So I ran a BIG FLUSH till I got my runoff down to what is going in. Will this affect my plant in any way? So paranoid cause she smells chemically..Week 20

Nutrient burn/deficiencies/feedingHaving difficulties with a few of my plants, I didn’t add any nutrients until they were close to 30 days old. And then only cal-mag at what I thought were low doses.
