It actually is a little bit of both. The tips are slightly burned as you stated, but you can also see some leaf cupping which is a sign of light/heat stress. I would just back off of both a bit, take the light to about 24"-30" inches above the canopy and go a little lighter with the dosage of nutrients.

3rd week since 12/12 and chlorosis is getting worse !!! Will my crop be crappy ?Brought EC to 1.6, added 21ml of calmag, had to add 2L of osmosis water because the EC was 1.78. Deficiency or Burn?All these girls in manure compost/perlite mix. Healthy through veg with minor Magnesium deficiency in the beginning. Been feeding 3ml/gal calmag occasionally, and 1/2 cup banana tea I made 1-2x a week. Waterings have been at 6.5, just lowered to 6.2. About 1/4 gal/plant 1-2 days.3 years ago

Deficiency or Excess?Strain: Thug Pug Peanut Butter Breath
Medium: Super Soil mix in 2 gallon fabric pots. Top dressed with Gaia green dry amendments 444 and 284 at a 1 to 2 ratio. Once a week.
Watered when dry between 6.3 and 6.8 ph.
