Is the plant overexposed or is it a nutrient burn? The leaves are getting lighter with some burnt tips, or am I just being dumb????

I browsed through the grow, and your handling of the Royal mix and the nutrients is exemplary. I just miss a bit of nitrogen during the transition to flowering // the plant looks slightly yellow overall, and it will quickly fade further along, but that's minimal and a thousand times better than over-fertilized.

Looks like too much bloom, at the tips when it goes from top to bottom you'll get a calcium problem over time because it blocks the calcium. If you start seeing brown spots in a few days, you can be sure it's due to the nutrients. But it could also be the light, then it should only be the upper shoots. Otherwise, they actually look very healthy, so it shouldn't be a problem.

Top growth tends to be a bit lighter in color anyway. It doesn't look problematic right now. The burnt tip could be too much light or too direct fan placement. It could also be the start of calcium deficiency, which is likely if you're using bloom boosters.

The fertilization looks good (measured by the color of the plants)... they are a bit bleached from the light (so when the top part is lighter than the rest of the plant, but I'll take another look at the diary calmly).

Minimum you should have a 400w hid light is 12 inches without a cool tube or hood. You may be a little close. Your plants look good.
