These tabs will come undone and stick to the humidifier.
I trade my co2 to Boddy boost i let the bag of co2 during the day

My short answer is NO.
I Those tablets are mostly other minerals and only release a very small amount of CO2. I would not bother. Depending on the type of humidifier the minerals will gunk up the machine or leave a lot of mineral dust in your grow area.
