What is wrong with my clone? I bought it yesterday and got it into a soil/coco/perlite mix. Watered it. Looked good last night, came home to this today. Is it in shock or over watered?

It was in rockwool, with roots coming out of the bottom. I actually think it may be underwatered. Upon further looking into it I noticed that while the soil around it is well saturated, the rockwool cube was measuring on my meter at about 1-2, 1 is the driest and 10 is wettest. I think the soil around it maybe drew the moisture out of the block. Hopefully it didn't do too much damage to the plant and it can recover.😔

Possibly both? Give it a couple days and let it dry out really well... do you know if it was a rooted clone or a fresh cutting?
