Hi bro! Did you water her a little too much? Some seeds I had did the same thing as I damped the stem, it is one of the most common causes of this issue. Overwatering such a small plant makes life easier for molds and fungus and it surely damages her growth. So, use cinnamon as the other fella said but pay attention to avoid overwatering and consider a more draining soil.

Thanks for the reply guys. I had been reading into what it could’ve been but hadn’t experienced it before, I was thinking about starting fresh and binning these apart from 1 that has got its cotyledons and 2 sets of leaves on it I will carry it over if I start again

Damping off is caused by fungal growth it happens in soil a lot best to add cinnamon before even planting.

you can make a small crutch for it using two toothpicks and some tape, put one tooth pick on one side and the one on the other side, lightly tape around to hold it up, stop over watering, those roots need to breath and if they dont breath they suffocate, that is called dampening off it is a bad thing cause the plant on top wants to grow and falls over while the roots underneath are drowning and can not breath.

Do it to all so the others dont dampoff as well.
