Is this right? Bud sites creating leaf instead of bud

Bud sites don't seem to be developing instead they seem to be forming leaf mainly on the main stem. In the past when I've come across this I've just pulled the plant out but this time it seems to be the majority of them. The temps have been high lately, could this be related?

Um, this is how cannabis grows and is entirely normal and to be expected. These leaves will grow into branches that will hold multiple flowers.
It is not temperature related or abnormal, but completely normal and how cannabis plants grow.

Was könnte das sein? Es gibt im Zelt keine Insekten oder so. Dünger nehme ich die Hälfte der Angaben und die Lampe ist 70cm entfernt (höher geht nicht Zelt zu klein)

Growing auto and non togetherDiscovered the bigger of the two plants is not an auto. The auto I have going is already flowering, the non auto is 5 weeks from seed, made adjustments to my grow and plan to flip to 12/12 in a few hours, will the auto suffer as a result, auto been in flower for around 10 days.
