Ppm nutes

So I brought a tds ppm tester I've used this today as my slow stardawg needed a feed this is the second feed I've gave can anybody advise on ppm at each stage I'm a complete novice and read diffrent things all the time and am just unsure is this reading ok for my girl?

This is the 1st time using the tds meter and I'm feeding canna Vega the reading on the meter is from the run off water after reading into it a little more I feel like this is way too much if so what should i do my girl has already had a stunted start due to lighting issues which i now realise after changing temp and humidity i have ordered a light so I'm just waiting for it. I'm obviously learning each step of the way. And appreciate every comment I get to help me build my knowledge thanks guys 😊

Flowering or still vegetative? Food question toodon't know whether is considered flowering or not. Pistils are out, no other bud formation. Is this preflower or actual start of flowering? Should I start giving her flower nutes or when should that happen? I got Bud Candy and Big Bud for the flowering, and Overdrive for the final push.

Soil runoff ph low 5.7? To low ,plant seems healthySoil runoff PH was 5.7 last tested . Just curious if this should be addressed? Plant seems healthy to me , the jack herer has the low soil runoff ph .fed. @6.2 today with run off being 5.7 (dec3rd last tested soil was @6.1). Ph during feeding usually 6.0/6.5 . Let her go. Orrrrr?
