the beginning is not bad, raise the lamp above 60 cm and do not forget to blow out the plants. What kind of water? keep 200 ppm watering solution and gradually raise. Do not forget the Cal-mag

Veg : ~23°c, ~70% RH, Flo : ~26°c, ~35% RH. Be careful with the distance between your light and your seedlings. I'll be around, good luck with these babies!

Hey if you moved them in for one day and already saw signs of heat stress or bleaching of leaves, then yes I'd say the light must be moved, I see many seedlings recommended at at least 24in however you may wish to increase this and observe how they react. Seedlings and young veg like warm and stronger humidity, I'd recommend being between 70-83 degrees. Hope this helps a bit best of luck.

Hi mate, That would be fine, just make sure your distance from the light isn't too close to your plant. (Good check is to use your hand, if its too hot for your hand its too hot for the plants and raise it up until not too hot). A good day time temperature is between 22-28 Degrees C. Humidity of around 50-70 in veg is fine also. I use HPS and I veg under 400w and if you check out any of my diaries, you'll see they are fine. Hope this helps.

It's not so much a matter of temperature or humidity. Seedlings are quite delicate and it is i'll advised to put them under a MH lamp so young because they put out too much heat, You would do much better having them under a LED bulbs / T5, but if you don't have that, you just have to increase plant to lamp distance. Start at 3 feet away from the light, then as they get used to it, you can decrease it slowly to 2 ft.
