certainly looks like it my friend :) your bang on. though I would check your soil is getting enough oxygen too that can have similar symptoms. shes a big lady I'm not surprised good training job :)

fox farm ocean forest : pro-mix (3:1) - ph 6.3-6.8
run-off ph: plant 2: 4-6 plant 1: 5-6.8
watering / feed ph: 6.3-6.45
soil ph after water /feed: 5-7
soil ph when dry: 7.5-8
both plants treated 100% the same

Problem with front middle purple punch. Info provided(See description for more); Temp: 71-79.5F, RH: 46.1, DLI: 40-50(decreased today due to tacoing)This is an organic grow using Coast of Maine Organic plant food, and lobster meal. It appears to me that the plant has deficiencies for all the three major nutrients, or lockout, but today it is also showing what appears to be Calcium or Magnesium. Cotyledon issue from seedlingHave seedlings from Auto Colorado Cookies (Dutch Passion). One already has cotyledons, but not opened yet. I see some yellow and bigger brown spot of the tip. In the beginning I had 250 PPFD, could this be the issue?
