Cal mag would be my best bet but where abouts from the plant did you take this leaf it its from the top of the plant pretty sure it would be cal mag deficiency if its at the bottom of the plant I would say she needs more feed. But this all depends on what your ph range is at a high ph can also cause these symptoms too :)

Browning of leaves, heat burn or pests?Plants are showing signs of browning, and other weirds leaf markings, kind of grey-ish not too pronounced.
