Brown rusty spots on a seedling

What could be the issue? I only watered with plain water pH 6.2, soil is canna profesional plus, fresh out of bag. check diary for more info.

High DonCostro, The roots do not get enough oxygen. You need to let the soil dry out before watering again. Your pH is perfect and the soil contains more then enough nutrients for this stage! So let the top 5cm from your soil dry out before you give water again. And try to water around 10cm away from your plant so that the roots have to search for the water and also have acces to oxygen! Continuing calmag deficiency What I think is a calmag deficiency started about 10 days ago. At first I thought it was too low PH (6.0 - 6.1), so I corrected that, but no luck. Then I started adding biobizz calmag, still no luck. It seems that the deficiencies are picking up speed again. Any ideas appreciated
