Brown rusty spots on a seedling

What could be the issue? I only watered with plain water pH 6.2, soil is canna profesional plus, fresh out of bag. check diary for more info.

I think this might be a bit of overwatering and the leaves are growing in a bit weird. It will grow out of this just need to watch how much water the seedling is getting as its root structure is so small its easy for it to become water logged in the soil. High DonCostro, The roots do not get enough oxygen. You need to let the soil dry out before watering again. Your pH is perfect and the soil contains more then enough nutrients for this stage! So let the top 5cm from your soil dry out before you give water again. And try to water around 10cm away from your plant so that the roots have to search for the water and also have acces to oxygen!
