Your plants look healthy and "normal" to me, and I am not sure what you are worried about. Sativa or sativa dominant plants usually have very narrow leaf blades and some Indica/indica dominant strains will have very broad leaf blades at first, then when flowering commences, revert to growing leaves with narrow leaf blades, possibly as an adaptation for allowing more access space for pollen to find its way to the pistils/flowers, but this is just a guess by me. Your plants know what they are doing, so just continue with your current care routine and all should be well. As a tip, next grow fill your pots right up with soil, this will provide vastly more room for root growth, leading to bigger plants and this also helps to prevent any fertilizer salts building up to possible toxic levels and also helps with maintaining a more constant/consistent moisture level. Your pots won't take up any more room in your tent, but your plants will be much happier, and by sitting up higher in the pots, they will receive much more of the reflected light than they do by being in the shadow of the pot "walls", and this will lead to bigger/faster growth, especially with the lower branches. After all, the soil is the cheapest part of the grow and skimping on its use is false economy, as it just limits the growth of your plants. By having more soil, it also cuts down on the need for supplemental feeding, thereby reducing costs slightly. Feeding your plants with amino acids, humic acid or fulvic acids (or all 3 for best results!) will really boost your plants, particularly at the beginning of and throughout flowering. Hope this helps,............. Organoman.

Oh the reason I say calcitic lime is because if you mix it with epsom salts you can get a nice balanced calmag+sulphur mix pretty simply.

Looks really healthy in general. But as braveheartgenetics says, you might want to consider calcium (and some silica) for strengthening structure. He recommended gypsum, I'd recommend calcitic lime (high calcium, some magnesium, sulphur). A mix of gypsum and calcitic lime would probably be best though (for a high calcium fert).

Hi mate, just looking at your diary you plants look nice and healthy. I did read somewhere that a lack of calcium at the beginning can cause weak stems. You could water them next time with some agricultural gypsum, about a tsp/litre. Another thing I noticed was the size of your grow space against the wattage of your lamp. absolute minimum 25W/SqFt. 30W to be safe. Your space seem larger than mine with a slightly weaker lamp so I wonder if that could be to blame. Not getting enough light to grow. Food for though. I hope this helps, good luck and happy growing
