i cannot understand what is happening to these 3 leaves, the rest of the plant is in perfect condition and the other plants in the box are also perfect. is an autoflowering fastbuds i am in the third week i started on monday to give him fert

Need help! Promix hp or bx users (experienced)Question for those using promix bx or hp. I'm a grower of 15 years just started using this soil and can't seem to get this soil right. seed husk fails to fall most of my seedlings sprout and the shell husk never really 'falls' off. when I wait for nature, I end up with 1 or more rotten cotyledon. -planting shallow in peat plug. -never get roots to grow to bottom. -do I need to plant deeper into plug so plant can get better grip?
