Well, you've got SOMETHING chewing on those leaves... I would get some BT (bascillus thuringenisis) and spray her just before lights out. It will only take one more bite before whatever it is decides to go off somewhere else to have lunch (and die there)... If you've got a problem with fungus gnats, you'll want to pick up some Mosquito Bits and use as directed (you soak the granules, strain and then use the water for your plant). It will kill adults/eggs/larvae right quick. And fungus gnats like to live in wet soil so if you've got them, you're probably keeping the soil too moist... let it dry out between waterings.
