Could be an over feed the tips are slightly burnt but it is only very very slight. It most probably wont effect growth in anyway I would just carry on doing what your doing the fact you removed them if it was any nasty pathogen it would be long gone with them leaves so I wouldn't worry that much as long as it doesn't spread you'll be fine :) ๐
