I do the same with my lights. I have two lights even when one could do the job. I run the two at reduced power. You get more even light throughout the tent and with the light coming from more area there is less shadowing from the top leaves. And if one light dies you can slide the working one to the center and crank up the power.

Yeah mate, it will give you twice the amount of light and having the two will help spread that light accross the canopy.. if it was me I’d have 4 of them in there 💪or just swap out for a HPS 😉

I will add also a second one but i think for 2 you will need a bigger tent(if you dont have one alrdy) and taller.I think at least for me will be 120x120x200h or maybe more.Both are 300w that's plenty for led light.
