Help! Sick looking plant

Hey!
My plant has been looking really weak for the past 3 days. Can't figure out if it's a PH problem or a nitrogen deficiency. Any tips?

The clear pot isn’t ideal first off. Every time a root makes it to the edge or the cup the light will kill it off. It looks to ph related but is likely a root issue do to the cup and the media looks very wet. You want the plant to dry out completely between waterings unless you are in coco. In which case you don’t want to let more than the very top dry. If you add perlite or something similar to you media you will increase drainage and root airflow. Also it will let the plant go through it’s wet/dry cycle preventing overwatering in most cases. Hope that helps and happy growing!

Burned tips and white spotsHi, I have a auto plant in its 7th week. Today I noticed that it has burned tips. The white spots have been there for longer, I dont know if they are related to the same problem.

Should I do full flush til runoff is 300ppm?So, it is obviously a deficiency, which probably caused by a lockout. Will the full flush solve it?
Yesterday I fed her a full dose of flowering nutes. Including K. It didn't change much. Lower fan leaves continue to go yellow.
Today 3L water, pH:6.2,
runoff:0.6l, ppm:1450, Ph6.0

Buon giorno weed doctors, did anyone have similar uniform chlorosis at the top or maybe knows what's up? What could be the reason and the solution? ThIs this some sort of immobile nutrient deficiency or excess? Could this be caused by heat and light stress? She is 80cm tall and almost touches the lights in the tent. I'm usually suffering from Calmag and Nitrogen issues and haven't yet experienced yellowing from the top. Thanks

Foxtailing Yellow Leaves White Trichomes - WHAT HAVEW I DONE?!Hi! It's my first grow and I thought I was Doing alright. After I've bought a tent, seems like things got worse. Leggy Seedling Recovery attemptPlant got leggy. Lowered 100watt vivosun grow system light. DLI is now at 40 with 20hr on cycles. Plant dropped into final pot so soil could support weak thin stem. Watered recently and leaves got more yellow. On day 4 after recovery attempt. Any advice? PH 6.2-6.5.
