What kind of deficiency is this? I have some problems with my pH meter. I don't is accurate.

environmental or gentics... it's still a young plant. I'd wager it grows out of it in next few nodes of growth. minor tip burn -- can be def or tox.. really depends on context to eliminate possibilities. When you irrigate, are you ensuring entire pot gets saturated? then, wait for top 1" to dry before repeating process. Get ~10% runoff to be certain. Try to evenly apply water, of course. if you weren't doing this, it could very well clear up the very minor issue you are observing. Finding this stuff early is great. Allows you to be conservative about response. take your time and get it right, don't rush to a knee-jerk reaction. Google leaf symptom chart -- always helpful to have. pH can cause any and every symptom, fyi. If feeding heavily, lockout is always a prime suspect, too. Overall, that plant looks quite healthy. if there is an issue, it is small and requires a small adjustment.
