Looks like calcium deficiency bro. Look in your mars hydro instructions it will say to use Xtra calmag. Something with quantum board LEDs and calmag deficiency. Advanced nutrients sensi calmag is awesome. Has some nitrogen and iron in it. And Advanced nutrients rhino skin or any brand with silica. Helps strengthen the stems the leaf cells and its a trichome producer. Gets em frosty. But I'd get the calmag for sure and you will thank me bro 🤜🤛

Like seriously, the most common, cheap sort of "stabilizers" in a general sense that almost anyone can use/get cheap, calcium, magnesium, some sulphur, sugars, microelements and some acids (citric, ascorbic). After than that, main general issue (imo) is phosphorus either early or late. (Green) Basalt and kelp (I dunno which is best, but I use Ecklonia Maxima as it's local) would be some of my main gotos for general "mineral" or microelement stuff as well as being growth boosters in general (likely because they fill gaps of potentially missing things). Though I've not used basalt in a while (and I feel like I'm missing something in my life). I'm an old angry man. www.youtube.com/watch

A bit less nitro, a bit more calmag (especially calcium), maybe some citric acid/citrus juice. And yes, a bit of molasses (for the potassium but also varied elements), unless you have a better sort of general feed. I know molasses is like, one of those super common things, but it does a job.

Yes your ladies are just hungry 😋 they use grow nutrients and cal mag the first couple week after they start flowering to get their stretch on. Just add a little extra cal-mag on your next scheduled feed and you will be great 👍 ladies are looking great and happy growing!!!
