Could it be manganese deficiency or rust? Few upper leaves are affected this ways showing some brown dots.. Could it be due to a PH fluctuation I had recently? Need some help

Spots on leaves and little twisted...Spots started slowly showing when it had a different 600w light, too much heat back then, this started a little "save operation" changed light, made the plants look a bit healthier but now it looks like the spots have spread and also affected the leaves above... Brown spots on bud site leaves?!halfway through flower and now in week 6 flower one of my plants is showing some large brown spots on only the upper leaves. I’m not sure if it’s a light or ph issue as the light is close. I stopped cal mag and some nitrogen this week but spots were showing up before.5y ago

Brown Spots on LeavesI've got some brown spots showing up on the Wedding Cake leaves, first thought it may be mold but it doesn't rub off and I sprayed both plants with neem oil about a week ago just in case. Could be CalMag deficient? I use RO water with about 150-200ppms in 3 liters once a day.Week 5

Orange/Rust Spots on LeavesI keep getting these spots developing on my oldest mother, the MAC. She's probably rootbound, it's been about 4 months since she potted up.
