Could it be manganese deficiency or rust? Few upper leaves are affected this ways showing some brown dots.. Could it be due to a PH fluctuation I had recently? Need some help

The last few days I had 3 plants start not looking so hot. The 3 pictures are the 3 plants when I got home today. I haven't really encountered deficiencies, if it's even that. I'm watering at 5.8 and last I checked the runoff a 2 days ago it was 6.8. Any ideas?Week 3

Can this delay flowering of an auto?What deficiency is this please?
I suspect phosphorus deficiency and as such have reduced the PH from 6.4 back down to 5.8
It is not spreading and appeared spontaniously and at once a few days ago.
Growth has been slow for almost 2 weeks and flowering has refused to initiate.Week 5

Calcium deficiency?Hello Everyone. The Fan leaves at the top and Middle have brown spots, I use RO water and feed with Fox Farm Tiger Bloom..Everytime I feed or Water I have been adding 5 ml of Cal Mag Ph 6.4 feeds right at 900ppm . Deficiency or lock out?The XXL auto has yellowing of leaves i nthe centre and nectrotic/brown patches on lower fan leaves with overall lightening of the plant. pH in is 6.5-7 and run off was 6.5
Is it lockout or a deficiency? fed 1-2ml per L of nutes (bio-bizz bloom/grow)

Brown patches on leaves, thought it was calcium deficiency symptoms.Having problems with brown patches, (see last 3 pics week 10), a quick google and I went with adding more CalMag but it's got worse the further into flowering I go, the farthest behind plant has least, furthest ahead is worst, any ideas?, many thanks in advance :)Week 10
