Topping during Flowering: good or bad?

Does topping “fast growing” colas during flowering (for light purposes) help or hinder flower dev and/or harvest?
Or should I sacrifice tallest ones to possible bleaching?
Canopy was level before flower, but a few colas took off, creating uneven SoG (6" diff)

hi!
do not top them! i use to rise the shortest ones putting some bricks under the pots. that's the easiest way for me to have a leveled canopy.

I wouldnt top anymore. Just bend down the highest colas with LST and you should be fine, nice even grow....

Is she (auto)flowering!?The first image is from D60, the others D66. The light cycle is set to 18/6, she was in a tent with 8 other plants and no other shows symptoms of flower. Floweringprogress at day 53 (out of 70-75 days)The lady (Laughing Buddha) has been in bloom for 53 days out of a theoretical 70 to 75 days. The trichomes are now looking quite mixed here and there.
