Not enough air around the roots. You'll need the media to dry out without drying the roots completely. A bit tricky but you'll be OK as long as you don't over water it.

Maybe a bit overwattered. Let it dry out and start with watering but only a little bit and let dry out again until next watering to let the roots devellop.

Burn? Deficiency? Hydroponic fgrowproblems in DWC. I am using TA nutrients (Lucas formula). Running EC 1.8 and pH 5.8. One of my plants look good but the other plant shows lots of problems.
