Brown spots

Had issues with this plant since day 9- it collapsed so have added support It's now around 2 weeks old and is developing a brownish colour with some clear spots Please see pictures for a better description

Hi. Brown leaves: Could be a sign of phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, sulphur, manganese deficiency. Could also be nutrient burn (more solid brown colouring) or heat stress (brown on the edges) Leaves droop: Could be a sign of overwatering Leaves curl downwards: Could be a sign of potassium or phosphorus deficiency, or overwatering Maybe this will help. EC of the soil is too high, NaCl is raising up and pH is dropping. First symptoms of too many nutrients. Rinse the pot, give it a lil flush. I suggest you to get an EC meter and control the drain.

Have limited information but I am gonna go with a ph that is out of range in substrate. What is your runoff ph. And you are running pretty heavy on nutrition as well. Possibly too much water. Is what I see in the picture.
