Leaf damage/discolouration

The yellowing is from an earlier issue but now I'm noticing brown spots and the leaves curling up, some getting crispy-ish. I recently lowered the lights a few inches, knowing I was pushing the safe limits. Is this from the lights or is more likely a nutrient/pH imbalance?

You have a substrate ph issue locking out your nutrition or you are not feeding enough. Your plants wants ample potassium and phosphorus during bulking. She is eating herself to develop. So roots are not in right ph range in soil or not enough nutrition

You have a very advanced blockage; your roots are solidified in the root ball. Calibrate your pH meter. This can be avoided if you use, for example, Cyco's Kleanse added to the nutrients in all your waterings; this would never happen to you again. It's a salt breaker and pH self-regulator. Best regards, my friend. Much løve 💚
