Hi, the green on the soil suggests it isnt drying out enough causing algae to form.
The spots are a little unusual. Are they just on one leaf? Could they have got wet during watering? I dont think it's a deficiency.
The green is from not letting your soil dry out enough between watering or it may be 2 dense and not letting water drain through. Aim for 20% run off and wait for soil to dry more. The brown is either calcium or your leaf may have been on the soil.
It’s a Calcium deficiency. It can come from many factors, particularly when the EC level of the soil is too high. In soil, using tap water, a proper Calcium deficiency is extremely rare.
Check the EC level of the runoff, you will be fixed.
