Your ph is to low for the growth rate of your plant in soil substrate bump her up between 6.0-6.5 where cal/mag is better absorb in soil substrate an you’ll see a night day difference. Damage leafs will stay damage so look at new growth. but people are rite this is cal mag issues but due to low ph level. Happy growing an hope this helps you.

A few things that popped into my head: Might be possible you are locking out mg with too much cal. Could be over watering causing deficiency Could be cold temperatures Could be ph, soil likes 6.5 for calcium and magnesium, soil less likes 5.5ish I'm not sure man, I hope you get her sorted out.

@SLuGGeRNauT_420 You could have had the fungus in the veg stage and now you are seeing it during the flowering stage, because that is when your plants are focusing their energy on reproduction and are thus at their most vulnerable. If you're 100% sure its not that then it could be phosphorus excess. It affects the plant by causing a massive nutrient lockout of other elements like calcium, copper, iron, magnesium and zinc, being zinc the first micro-element to get blocked. In this way, you must check for deficiencies of other elements to correctly diagnose a phosphorus excess and to know how severe it actually is. If you detect an excess of this element you should flush the roots with at least three times of water than the capacity of the pot. There are products to break down salts to ease the flushing of the roots, which should be always used with an adjusted pH level depending on the life stage of the plant.

Brown or rust-colored spots on your marijuana leaves are usually the result of a fungus or a calcium or magnesium deficiency, but they can also result from nutrient burn. You have no diary so my guess on what you are saying and your pictures is fungus.
