Looks like localized nitro + magnesium (to a lesser extent) deficiency. And yes the lighting also affects that (coz chlorophyll is only useful with light).

Other leaves are looking perfectly healthy.. it's only at the bottom so I'd be leaning more to them not getting any light. If it starts to spread then yeah its N. But your other leaves look nice and dark mate. I'd just keep an eye on her 👍

Brown spots on top leaves - nutrients, light or something else?She went into flower, now stretching. Set light to 100%, added Bio-Bizz Top-Max and Bio-Bloom (1ml/L each). 3 days later brown spots appeared on top fan leaves, very few also on lower fan leaves. I suspect this could be light burn or nutrient related. Any ideas? Pls help

Upper leaves are yellow and not smooth I noticed leaves on top are closing and today are yellowish. What problems do I have? Looks like over-fertilization, but nutrient solution and runoff have the same ppm.
