"Exact" because though the value might be similar to that one obtained with a professional lux meter, it obviously won't be the same, but certainly valid for this kind of issues.
There's a lot of different views on the ranges of light intensity your plants should be getting along their 3 stages, but for seedlings and clones you will often see something around the 2.000 to 8.000 lux range.
