Is there such a thing as the plant growing too fast? It has quadrupled its height in as many days causing it to sort of flop to the side. The leaves are getting bigger but nowhere near the rate that it's growing taller. Is this normal for strawberry cough? #newtothis

It's very possible to have a fast grower but from the looks of it the plant is stretching alot trying to reach the light. Try dropping your light down a bit so it focuses more on growth than trying to reach up.

You really dont want it to grow so fast at this stage, you want it to be developing a strong root system. Stretching can be genetic, but mostly it indicates that you need more light. Drop it down or add more light. Good luck!

Is it normal for my flowering plant to look so thin and stretchy??I kicked her into 12/12 schedule about 2 weeks ago. Weak and too long stalk?Stalk looks to be very thin and weak. The head (leafs) seems to be kind of too heavy for the plant. It was very long too but I added some more soil for more stability. There was a short time without sun because I was not at home. It doesn't looks like other people's plants. Is it all fine?
