Are these going to flower in 2 weeks? :/These are Autos, so theoretically I'm at half of the vegetative stage (day 14). I think they stopped growing because of low temps (around 10°C durind day). Is this going to flower in 2 weeks also if the dimensions remain these? :/

Small plant compared to sister plants.13 weeks veg. Did I get a rogue seed? LOL. All supposed to be White Widow....the little queen on the right looks like a different strain or I have done something to her. Hi Growers, 4 of my plants stopped to grow after day 3. I didn't use any kind of nutrient. I am growing in soil feeding 6.5 PH water with 0.3 EC. My runoff was 7.8 ph and 3.6 EC. I flushed 2 of my Plants on day 7 to see any improvement. is it overwatering or root PH,EC problem?
