I agree with Yan402, the temperature is a bit too high. The humidity is, in my opinion, in the optimal range. You can quickly tell if you're in the perfect window when the stems break and crack when bent. If the break is slightly fibrous, then you've hit the optimal time.
Unfortunately, you shouldn't smoke it right after drying. It's possible, but it's still a bit harsh and definitely not flavorful yet... I would recommend at least 3-4 weeks of curing, just because it tastes better and it does justice to your efforts... it should be worth it 🤷🏼
