Soil doesn't absorb water. I tried yucca, doesn't help. Plants look healthy, no signs for underwatering yet. Only surface gets wet, fingertip deep does not.
Any suggestions how to handle?

Watering run-off question (sorry for noob question but there are so many different / confusing opinions online)Hello.
