Guys I Have a problem if i should harvest,do you think its ready to harvest or wait longer?why my plant is does not have a smell?and why its so brownish.

Not sure what to do about the top part I accidentally bent the stemI'm in the flowering stage and I accidentally bent the top stem it doesn't show it healed yet and the color of my leaves are changing not sure if I should just cut the top off and start drying process or wait....... help
