What’s wrong with my plant? Root rot?

Growing organically with happy frog mixed with a super soil concentrate. I water them with spring bottle water, ph at 7.7. Recharge every 10 days. Top dress 2-2-2 dry amendments.
Plant looks like it has root rot or potassium deficiency. Please tell me what y’all think

Your a bit over the top recommended ph. It should be between 6 and 7 for soil. You may have locked nutrients out with the incorrect ph. Give it a good flush with ph 6 or 6.5 water to try and get your soil ph in the right range.

What nutrient is causing this?I know for a fact that it is some kind of nutrient issue. I’m not sure what but that’s what makes the most sense. Because it ONLY shows on very early growth and then disappears as the new leaves continue to grow. I’ve been through very cold weather and never seen this.

Recurring Cal Mag issuesI’m already at the maximum recommended cal mag dose of 1ml/litre (with nutes at 1000ppm or E.C. 2.0) and I’m still facing issues.
It went away for a few days, but it’s now back.
Should increase the cal mag dose and cut back on the macro nutes to maintain 1000ppm?

Autos reacting to All-Mix: Slight nitrogen overload?Pheno one showed very "leathery", weak, hanging leaves of dark green. Same time the fungus gnats had a run and the population doubled. After second LST also the stronger plant showed those signs on the younger upper leaves. Also curled down a little. Slight nitrogen toxicity?

Seedling yellow tipsOne of 4 seedlings has developed yellow tips. Leafs have been curled down since it sprouted. It's about a week old, FFOC soil w/Perlite, Mykos, 3 gal fabric pot. Have been watering until soil is damp using finger test, about a cup or 2 a day. Added 2 ml of silica boost yesterday

Soil PH Issues!Started seeing some deficiencies in my plants mainly burnt tips and edges and yellowing...thought nute burn BUT after checking my soil run off the pH was 5.3!
Tap water is 6.8 but what I didn’t realise was after adding nutes it was 5.5! Am I best now flushing with 6.8 tap water?Feeding. Deficiences

Leaves turning yellow and dyingI have a plant that gets a lot of rust spots, even though I give it CalMag once a week. That plant also started getting a handful of leaves that turn yellow and fall off. Is there a nutrient I'm missing in my regiment? Should I do CalMag every watering for the rust spots?
